Our Business

Troutwine Agency Inc. was founded in 1973 by Keith Troutwine. In 1974 Keith purchased the A.J. Dohner Agency and since that time the agency has continued to grow through sales & service as well as having acquired two other smaller agencies in Greenville & Gettysburg.

Kurtiss Troutwine, current owner, came to the Agency in February of 1988 and helped the Agency become a corporation in 1993. In 1994 Keith Troutwine retired allowing his son Kurtiss to continue running the family owned business.

In August of 1998 Kurt moved the business from his home location, to the old Arcanum National Bank building on George Street, where we reside today.
